Chit Shakti for Success is a guided meditation from Sadhguru that will allow you to access the possibility within yourself to craft your destiny the way you want. Other Sadhguru guided meditations include the Infinity Meditation and the Isha Kriya meditation.
What is Chit Shakti?
Everything that human beings have created on this planet, was essentially first created in our minds.
How we organize our minds, and how we focus our minds, will determine the direction where our life flows.
Using the power of the mind to create what one wants in life, is called Chit Shakti.
Each one of us has desires, our very own list of dreams and goals. Creation may have its own blueprint for us, but our personal desires cannot be easily abandoned. They may be extravagant or mundane, ambitious or trivial, they may be inconvenient, they may be too personal to share, but they are ours. And for us, they are real, they are precious, they are urgent and deeply significant.
Chit Shakti 4 Guided Meditations – Power to Create
Four different Sadhguru Chit Shakti meditations focus on the subject of health, love, peace and success.
Here is a rare offering from Sadhguru, a mystic who embodies the wisdom and clarity of profound realization.
It is an offering that enables each one of us to become our own alchemists, that empowers us to transform long cherished desires into reality.
Sadhguru offers this with the intention that once these desires are fulfilled, we will turn towards the larger goal of our ultimate wellbeing.
The four Chit Shakti guided meditations will help you to manifest love, health, peace and success in your life.

When to Do Chit Shakti Meditation
Chit Shakti meditation can be done at any time, but it is best done when the mind is calm and relaxed. For example, you might want to do it in the morning or evening, after you’ve had a chance to unwind and before you go to bed. Alternatively, you can do it during your lunch break or whenever you have a few spare minutes. The most important thing is to find a time when you won’t be disturbed and can focus on your breath and mantra.
How Often to Do Chit Shakti Meditation
Chit Shakti Meditation is a very powerful form of meditation that should be practiced regularly. Ideally, it would be best to do it at least once a day, but if that’s not possible, then try to do it at least 3 times a week. The more you do it, the more powerful the results will be.
How to Do Chit Shakti Meditation
Chit Shakti Meditation is a very powerful form of meditation that Sadhguru has given to humanity. It is a simple way to get in touch with your fundamental nature.
Sadhguru explains chit shakti or the power of the mind, as “the capacity to know.” He says, “If you can make your mind a knowing instrument, then what is not possible? The whole existence is just waiting to be known by you.”
In order to do chit shakti meditation, sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight. Close your eyes and focus on the space between your eyebrows. Once you have established inner focus, allow all thoughts to simply float away without engaging with them. Instead, focus exclusively on the feeling of awareness itself. Remain in this state for as long as possible. When thoughts inevitably arise, simply acknowledge them and let them go.
In this space, simply be aware of the thoughts that come and go. Don’t try to control them or make them go away. Just watch them like you would watch the clouds pass by in the sky.
As you continue to practice, you will gradually notice that the thoughts become less turbulent and more settled. At this point, you can begin to direct your attention towards the Chit Shakti at the center of your head. Simply be aware of it without any judgment or analysis.
Who is Sadhguru
Sadhguru is also the founder of Isha Foundation, a non-profit organization which has been dedicated to the wellbeing of the individual and the world for the past three decades.
Sadhguru has often said that “society is overripe for a spiritual process.” His fundamental vision is to offer the science of inner wellbeing to every human being – a science that helps a person realize the ultimate potential within.
From this vision stem a multitude of projects, programs, and methods, all towards the same aim: to raise every human being to the peak of their potential, so that they are exuberant, all-inclusive, and in harmony within themselves and the world.
